At Mauri, we take pride in the quality and design of our pieces. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags still attached.

Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please contact us at 1mauridesign@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your item.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 1mauridesign@gmail.com with a photo and description. We’ll take care of it ASAP.
