Refund policy

Return and Refund Policy – Mauri.

At Mauri, we take pride in the quality and design of our pieces. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags still attached.

  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at 1mauridesign@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your item.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 1mauridesign@gmail.com with a photo and description. We’ll take care of it ASAP.
